GDevSpace ("us", "we", or "our") operates the InsightLens mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We collect several types of information to provide and improve our Service:

• Personal Data: When you register for an account, we collect personally identifiable information, which may include your email address, chosen display name, and a unique user ID provided by our authentication service (e.g., Firebase Authentication).
• User Content: We collect the documents (PDF) you upload to provide the analysis service. We also store the generated analysis results and link them to your account for your access history.
• Usage Data: We may collect information on how the Service is accessed and used. This may include information such as your device's IP address, device type, operating system, and feature usage within the app to help us identify issues and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve our Service.
• To manage your account, including authentication and providing you with your analysis history.
• To process your User Content and deliver the AI-generated Analysis.
• To communicate with you, for instance, by sending notifications when an analysis is complete.
• To monitor usage, prevent abuse, and ensure the security of our Service.
• To fulfill our obligations to third-party service providers, such as cloud hosting and AI model providers.

3. Data Storage, Processing, and Security

• Storage: Your Personal Data, analysis history, and other account-related information are stored securely using Google Firebase services (Firestore and Firebase Authentication).
• Processing: Uploaded documents are temporarily processed by our servers and third-party AI service providers (e.g., Google Cloud AI) to generate the Analysis. We do not permanently store your uploaded documents after processing is complete.
• Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your Personal Data to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• With Service Providers: To third-party vendors and partners who work on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, AI model providers, and authentication services. These providers are obligated to protect your data and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
• For Legal Reasons: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access and delete the data associated with your account. The Service provides a feature to delete your account, which will permanently remove your Personal Data and all associated analysis history from our active databases. 6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the app and updating the "Last Updated" date.
